Our Story

Eye on the Pies is a family-owned and operated small business located in Toronto, Ontario. We are a small-batch outfit focusing on single-serve pies of a range of flavours. Owner and baker Gabi loves to try her hand at a wide variety of goodies in her home kitchen, but the inspiration for the business was, needless to say, the family pie recipe.

We are very much looking forward to sharing our current range of pie recipes and new kitchen concoctions with you!

Our Pie

What makes our pies special is the crust; there are no dainty pie shells here! Using Gabi’s mother’s secret recipe, Eye on the Pies desserts are equipped with a seriously delicious, cake-y crust that soaks up all of that fruity goodness released during baking. The crunchy streusel topping gives our pies an added texture and crispness missing from a lot of the other pies out there. Combined, our special streusel-crust-filling trifecta makes for the perfect pie to top with whipped cream, ice cream, or if you’re anything like us, both!

Our Menu

All of our products are made by hand, freshly baked, and made using products sourced from local, independent vendors. Due to the head baker’s own nut allergy, all of Eye on the Pie’s goods are 100% nut-free.

Contact Us

Those interested in getting their hands on our pies will be able to order by working through the shopping cart on this website, under the “Shop” tab.

Customers will be able to organize a pick-up date/time with us at our commercial kitchen (located at 1345 Davenport Road, Toronto, ON), or have their order delivered within a certain radius (between Bathurst and Dufferin E/W, and between St. Clair West and College St. N/S). Please contact us via email or with a message on Instagram to determine how we can get you your order.
